How frequently are my analytics updated?
Your analytics are updated in real-time as transactions occur. Our system processes data automatically throughout the day, ensuring your dashboards always reflect the latest information about your store's performance.
Can I customize my reports?
Yes! WooBlitz allows you to customize reports based on your specific needs. You can select metrics, date ranges, and scheduling preferences. Premium users can also create custom segments and save report templates.
How secure is my store data?
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with GDPR and industry standards. Your data is only accessed when necessary to provide services, and we never share it with third parties without consent.
What happens if I disconnect my Supabase integration?
If you disconnect your Supabase integration, WooBlitz will no longer be able to access your store data. Any cached dashboards will become unavailable. You can reconnect at any time to restore functionality.

What notification channels are available?
Currently, we support Email, WhatsApp, and Telegram notifications. Smart Triggers for additional channels like SMS and Slack are coming in Q3 2026. You can select your preferred channels based on your needs.
How do I reset my password?

Can I use WooBlitz for multiple stores?
Yes! You can manage multiple WooCommerce stores from a single WooBlitz account. Simply add additional store connections in your account settings.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with service ending at the end of the billing cycle.

Common Issues & Solutions

Dashboard not loading

Solution: Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. If the issue persists, check that your Supabase connection is still active. Contact support if the problem continues.

Data not updating

Solution: Ensure your WooCommerce store is properly connected. Check that new orders are being created in your store. Our system syncs every few minutes - if data is significantly delayed, there may be an integration issue.

Notifications not received

Solution: Verify your notification channels are properly configured. Check spam folders for email notifications. Ensure you have the correct phone number/contact for WhatsApp and Telegram.

Can't connect Supabase

Solution: Double-check your Supabase credentials. Ensure your database URL and API key are correct. Make sure your Supabase project is active and not paused. Contact support for additional troubleshooting.

Reports not being scheduled

Solution: Verify your notification channels are configured. Check that you have sufficient permissions in your account. Try creating a new report schedule. Clear your browser cache if issues persist.
